About Me: With an estimated 12% of Asian-American students coming from different states throughout the nation and with an additional 7% coming from abroad, Boston University’s Korean Student Association has a vision to unite the Koreans on campus and to make a greater presence and impact in the community. The first goal is to bring together the Koreans, Korean-Americans, and other ethnic groups through social activities. While some activities will give students a break from study, a greater portion of the activities will be focused on community involvement and service. By committing to a variety of volunteering services around the greater Boston area, KSA will be making a significant impact on its community. Most importantly, cultural awareness will be the central goal and theme of this year and the years to come. From Culture Shows to movie and food nights, it is exciting to see the Korean Student Association continue to grow and make a lasting impact in the Greater Boston Area.
